Services

StartupLime sets up, hosts and maintains AI chatbots for websites as described on our Pricing page at the time of purchase.

Payment

The Starter plan is billed as a one-time payment. Managed and Pro are billed monthly until cancelled; Managed also has a one-time setup fee. Prices are in US dollars. On the Starter plan, you pay your AI provider directly for usage under your own account.

Usage limits

Managed and Pro include the number of conversations per month stated on the Pricing page. If you regularly exceed it, we’ll contact you about moving to a suitable plan.

Your content and data

You own your website content, documents and the leads your chatbot collects. You confirm you have the right to let us use your content to train and run your chatbot, and you’re responsible for your website’s privacy notices.

AI output

AI chatbots can occasionally give incomplete or incorrect answers. We configure guardrails and review conversations, but you remain responsible for information published on your website and for decisions made from it.

Cancellation

You can cancel monthly plans at any time; service continues until the end of the paid period.
