Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email, business name and website URL when you contact us, request a demo or purchase a plan. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we don’t store card numbers. We also collect basic analytics data (pages visited, device and browser) through Google Analytics when enabled.

Our website chat assistant

When you use the chat assistant on this website, the messages you type are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate replies. Your conversation is kept in your browser session so you can continue across pages. If you choose to share your name and contact details in the chat, we save them to follow up with you. We don’t use chat messages for advertising, and our AI provider doesn’t use API data to train its models by default.

Chatbots we run for clients

When we operate a chatbot on a client’s website, we process visitors’ messages on that client’s behalf as a service provider. The client’s own privacy policy governs that data. Details are in our AI chatbot privacy & security overview.

Sharing

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (AI processing, payment processing, hosting, email), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Retention

We keep chat transcripts and leads only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices and rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and visitors from the EU/UK under the GDPR.
