Can it check order status?
Not by default. It explains your shipping times and links to your order-tracking page. Live order lookups need a custom integration.
Does it know about variations like size and color?
It knows what your product pages describe, including size charts and variation details.
Can it capture wholesale inquiries?
Yes. B2B and bulk-order questions are captured as leads and emailed to you.
Do I need to rebuild my WooCommerce site?
No. The chatbot sits on top of your existing site. Nothing about your design, pages or SEO changes.
