How to add the chatbot to BigCommerce
- In your BigCommerce admin, go to Storefront → Script Manager (or Channel Manager → Storefront → Script Manager).
- Click Create a Script and name it “AI chatbot”.
- Set Location to Footer and Pages to All pages.
- Choose Script type: Script and paste your snippet; set the category to Functional (or Essential, per your consent settings).
- Click Save and check your storefront.

- If you use BigCommerce’s cookie consent banner, categorize the script so it loads as you intend.
